Visiting Baltimore is always a fun-filled and exciting experience for the entire family. With well over three hundred years of history, Baltimore is a historically and culturally rich city. Beginning as a port for the tobacco trade in the early 1700’s, Baltimore today is an ethnically diverse city with over 280 buildings registered as being Heritage Buildings.

The Baltimore Maritime Museum is a life size museum of historical ships that have featured in U.S. Maritime and Naval history. Located at Piers 1, 3 and 5 along Pratt Street, the museum is open 7 days a week. Pride of place belongs to the U.S.S. Constellation, the oldest ship still carried on U.S. Navy rolls. Other vessels include the Coast Guard cutter Taney, and the submarine U.S.S. Torsk. Events such as weddings or dinners can be held on board the various vessels. General admission tickets vary in price from $11.00 - $18.00 for adults, and $5.00 - $7.00 for children aged 6 -14.
Located on Art Museum Drive is the Baltimore Art Museum. Take the rented charter bus to see for yourself that within its exhibition halls it contains a large collection of contemporary, Native American, African American, Asian, European and Ancient American art. Holding over 90,000 pieces of art, the Baltimore Art museum is free admission. Opening hours are from 10 a.m. - 5.00 p.m. Wednesday to Friday, 11.00 a.m. - 6.00 p.m. Saturday - Sunday. The museum is closed on Monday - Tuesday.
Well worth a charter bus visit is the B&O Railroad Museum. Showcasing the important role that “Iron Horses” played in the development and industrialization of America, the Museum is located at 901, West Pratt Street, Baltimore. There are exhibits on steam locomotives, the history of the American railroad system, a restoration workshop, a photo exhibition and train rides. The B&O Railroad Museum is open Monday to Saturday, 10.00 a.m. - 4.00 p.m., Sunday 11.00 a.m. - 4.00 p.m. Tickets are $16 for adults and $10 for children aged 2 to 12. Additional ticket charges are applicable for visits to the restoration workshop and other facilities. Facilities are available for group events.
